The Firm provides legal services to businesses, including:

An important area of the Firm’s practice is intellectual property law. We advise, among other things, on matters relating to:
- Copyright and related rights
- Advertising law
- Registration proceedings before the Patent Office
- Representation in litigation involving intellectual property rights
We also assist with negotiating agreements, including copyright agreements, and settlements with business partners, either independently or together with the Client.
WORKING WITH CLIENTS
We work with our clients through meetings at the Firm’s office or at other agreed locations, telephone consultations, email correspondence, and on-site legal support at the Client’s premises. Where necessary, we also cooperate with tax advisers and specialists in various areas of law to help ensure that transactions are structured in the most effective way. Our cooperation with clients often begins with advice on choosing the most appropriate legal form for their business. We also prepare incorporation documents and handle registration with the National Court Register. We provide similar support to established businesses whose growth requires a change to a more suitable or more complex legal structure.
Depending on the nature of the matter, we offer the most suitable fee arrangement in order to keep the Client’s costs as reasonable as possible. Our fee structures may include a fixed fee, hourly billing and, where appropriate, an additional success fee. For clients receiving ongoing legal support, we also offer combined fee arrangements, such as a fixed monthly fee covering an agreed number of hours.
Where required, we also provide specialised staff training at the Client’s request.

Our legal services for individuals cover a wide range of civil law matters, including inheritance cases. Although we have many years of experience in litigation and are committed to protecting our clients’ interests before the courts, we also recognise the benefits of resolving disputes amicably whenever possible. Drawing on our legal knowledge and negotiation experience, we help clients reach practical compromises that can bring disputes to an effective conclusion.
