Bartosz Nyczek - Attorney at Law
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. An attorney-at-law since 2000, and celebrated 25 years of practice in January 2025 as a legal advisor.
He specializes in commercial law and civil law. He has particular expertise in the Commercial Companies Code and copyright law. His practice is focused on advising entrepreneurs, but he also provides effective support in civil matters for individuals. An experienced litigator, he has been representing clients for many years in commercial, civil, and administrative proceedings.
He believes that for a lawyer, and especially for a professional legal representative, the key qualities, alongside expertise, are accuracy, discretion, mutual trust, and building strong relationships with clients. This approach has led to long-lasting cooperation with many clients, in some cases extending for over twenty years.

Weronika Pawłowska - Trainee Attorney at Law
A third-year trainee attorney under the supervision of attorney-at-law Bartosz Nyczek. A graduate of the Institute of Law at the Cracow University of Economics. She was among those awarded for achieving the best results in the entrance exam for the attorney traineeship organized by the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Cracow. Her commitment to continuous development is reflected in her increasing confidence during court proceedings. She works with independence and maintains a strong sense of organization.

Anna Jakóbska - Trainee Attorney at Law
A graduate of the Institute of Law at the Cracow University of Economics. A speaker at national academic conferences on intellectual property law and technology law. Skillfully translates theoretical knowledge into practical solutions. Trainee attorney-at-law at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Cracow since January 1, 2025.

Michał Dusza - Trainee Attorney at Law
A second-year legal trainee at the District Chamber of Legal Counsel in Kraków. A judicial assistant at the Kraków District Court. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, he works with the firm as a trainee lawyer under the patronage of Bartosz Nyczek, although his collaboration dates back to his second year of studies. Civil procedure holds (almost) no secrets for him.

Aleksandra Kotala - Lawyer
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. She specializes in copyright law and technology law, with a particular focus on issues related to artificial intelligence (AI).
