Bartosz Nyczek – Attorney-at-Law
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. He has practised as an attorney-at-law since 2000 and celebrated 25 years in the profession in January 2025.
He specialises in commercial and civil law, with particular expertise in company law and copyright law. His practice focuses primarily on advising businesses, while he also provides effective legal support to individuals in civil matters. An experienced litigator, he has represented clients for many years in commercial and civil proceedings, as well as before administrative courts.
In his work as a lawyer, and particularly as a professional legal representative, he considers not only legal expertise but also accuracy, discretion, mutual trust and strong client relationships to be essential. This approach has resulted in long-standing relationships with clients, in some cases lasting for more than twenty years.

Weronika Pawłowska – Trainee Attorney-at-Law
A graduate of the attorney-at-law training programme under the supervision of Attorney-at-Law Bartosz Nyczek. She has worked with the Firm for over four years, providing legal support to commercial companies and other legal entities, as well as to individual clients.

Anna Jakóbska – Trainee Attorney-at-Law
A graduate of the Institute of Law at the Krakow University of Economics. She has spoken at national academic conferences on intellectual property law and new technology law. She has a strong ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical legal solutions. Since 1 January 2025, she has been a trainee attorney-at-law with the Krakow Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

Aleksandra Kotala – Of Counsel
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. She specialises in copyright law and new technology law, with a particular focus on legal issues relating to artificial intelligence (AI).
Experienced in the practical application of law, she focuses on supporting businesses in navigating the legal challenges of today’s digital economy.
