Bartosz Nyczek - Attorney at Law
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. An attorney-at-law since 2000, and celebrated 25 years of practice in January 2025 as a legal advisor.
He specializes in commercial law and civil law. He has particular expertise in the Commercial Companies Code and copyright law. His practice is focused on advising entrepreneurs, but he also provides effective support in civil matters for individuals. An experienced litigator, he has been representing clients for many years in commercial, civil, and administrative proceedings.
He believes that for a lawyer, and especially for a professional legal representative, the key qualities, alongside expertise, are accuracy, discretion, mutual trust, and building strong relationships with clients. This approach has led to long-lasting cooperation with many clients, in some cases extending for over twenty years.

Weronika Pawłowska - Trainee Attorney at Law
Absolwentka aplikacji radcowskiej pod patronatem radcy prawnego Bartosza Nyczka. Znajdowała się wśród osób nagrodzonych za najlepsze wyniki egzaminu wstępnego na aplikację prowadzoną przez Okręgową Izbę Radców Prawnych w Krakowie. Stale rozwija swoje kompetencje i coraz odważniej poczyna sobie w sądach. Samodzielna i zorganizowana. W kwietniu 2026 r. zdała egzamin radcowski.

Anna Jakóbska - Trainee Attorney at Law
Absolwentka Instytutu Prawa Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Krakowie. Prelegentka na ogólnopolskich konferencjach naukowych dotyczących prawa własności intelektualnej oraz prawa nowych technologii. Umiejętnie przechodzi od wiedzy teoretycznej do praktycznych rozwiązań. Aplikantka radcowska II roku w Okręgowej Izbie Radców Prawnych w Krakowie.
